Better than expected. It does everything well. A lovely addition to my family room. Just the right size for a small room. The lights are a great feature, and cheer me up on these gloomy winter days. The sound is more than what I need. Well packaged, and delivered in two weeks. Auna make good quality items. Everyone that has seen it, loves it. All in all, a great piece of kit. I have ordered the matching stand with storage space for CDS etc.

Looks stunning

It looks amazing and sounds amazing when using the CD player or Bluetooth. However the radio is rubbish due to the very poor ariel and there is no facility to add an external ariel which is a shame. Record turntable is not very good and bumps up and down making the sound funny.

The top of their range jukebox arrived in a week, as expected. It did not turn on, completely dead. Nice enough looking piece, but more plasticy that I imagined.Contacted seller to exchange, expected a replacement to be sent and defective item to be returned in same packaging. But no, they will create return labels, send a courier on a non-negotiable date to collect the item which I need to repackage best I can, then when they have it back they will send a replacement 5 days later!However, for a week I have been asking for the return labels every day, and each time receive a response that the return label have been requested, on one occasion requested from "BO", whoever they are.Was I supposed to know?2 days ago Amazon intervened, but since then nothing has happened. They also confirmed no return labels have been requested or issued. They have now started the A-Z claim, which takes another 7 days before any action can be taken. Even more annoying is that is was purchased for event within this 7 day period.In short, don't but from this seller as their after sales service is non-existent.The first response I had offered 20% off and keep it. So keep a non-functioning jukebox for only 80% of the cost!I put one star as no stars is not an option. I can't comment on sound quality, ease of use or value for money as it doesn't work.

Nice looking unit but did not come with a uk plug as advitised so cost extra money for plug a convertor, record player also turns round unbalanced but works.

This was a birthday present for my son.It arrived on time in perfect condition . He just loves it.
