A beautiful product that has been described as looking like a piece of art by some guests who first saw it in our foyer. As expected with the product design, it has very good down lighting (10 x 50watt bulbs), but still provides quite a bit of reflective light around the area. This can also be improved by purchasing bulbs with a broader beam angle, mine were only 30 degree. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the light assembly and how it looks in our foyer. Would definitely purchase from Moooni again if I ever have need of one of their products.Outstanding and fast customer service. During unpacking, while removing some packing tape I think I may have broken a wire and cracked a piece which was attached to the canopy. I contacted the company and had an initial response within hours and complete resolution with three days with replacement crystal strand delivered within the week. This issue very well could have been my own silly mistake while unpacking, but the company addressed the issue after only a few short confirmation emails.Though we are very happy with our purchase, there are also a few critiques:1) The basic instructions are somewhat lacking and the mounting hardware is not something I would use for mounting such a nice product of this weight and the bracket did not span our 24 inch on center ceiling joists. I was able to add wooden supports, which I was able to screw much longer fasteners directly into for attaching the mounting bracket.2) The wires tangle easily when trying to remove from packaging and attaching crystal balls. I would suggest go slowly and analysis the wires before just trying to untangle. After several package unpacking, I found a good method that minimized wire tangling and made installation much easier.3) Chrome/mirror coating on canopy is very thin, do not rub or expect to be cleanable. While trying to remove the film coating, I was a little to aggressive and created a few smudges and after trying to clean only made it worse. It appears the chrome coating itself was simply rubbing off.The installation may not be for everyone. The overall assembly time was over 6 hours with two people working as each strand must be individually straightened, large ball crystal attached, and then individually hung to the canopy (180+ attachments). There may also be additional work for supporting the bracket as I noted above.
