What is the pressure and viscosity limits for this? Will this work with a custard or pudding at 35 psi? Also, I need a 3/8" but the size isn't specified in the details.

Does "momentary" that mean value is open only while button is held pushed (desired) or does it mean the button slowly retracts after being released?

What is the valve body and seat made of and what size are the openings?
