The totes are as described, though do be warn that they do feel rather flimsy compared to more common brands. It was the first thing I noticed when I pulled them out of the box. It works for what I need, but I can say that I'm entirely displeased by the customer service. Upon arrival, I found that the tote at the bottom of the box had a busted latch. I was OK with the rest of the totes (despite their flimsiness) but the entire reason why I bought this brand is *because* of the security the latch provided. When I hopped onto Amazon to contact customer service, I was directed to reach out to the company that sold the item. This led me to going to their main website, writing up an email, providing pictures, and sending it off. I did this about 3 months ago and still have not received a response. I've since used the rest of the totes, but this last one has been collecting dust while I've been awaiting a response. I'm done waiting, so here's my review. 2 stars because I got product with OK quality.

Lovely storage boxes for narrow places.

Binge are decent quality two of the bins arrived with broken handles. Very disappointed. Haven’t been able to get ahold of customer service to replace.

These containers are a good size and will work for my purposes. The only issue that I have is that the lids are extremely brittle and probably not very suitable for stacking if you put heavy contents in them. I would not have noticed this except two of the six lids arrived broken and allowed me to see how brittle the plastic really is. This is not a problem for me because I only need three containers with lids and will not stack them. Plus, the others I do not plan on using the lids with anyway.

I had high hopes for these storage containers but I was disappointed as soon as I opened the box. The containers themselves are well made, thick and sturdy. The lids are as well. The handles, however, are a nightmare. One handle was completely missing, not on the container nor in the shipping box. Besides that, at least one handle on each box was either off or hanging by one side. I had to use a knife to finish opening the hole that the peg on the handle slides into. Even after doing that the handles keep falling off. Once you lock them they hold for the most part, IF YOU'RE CAREFUL, but I wouldn't suggest traveling with them. If you're not going to be moving them much or opening and closing them a lot they will be OK but I honestly expected more for $50!
