I absolutely love these Sharpie S-Gel pens. As a nurse, I use them daily for charting and note-taking, and they’ve been extremely reliable. The fine 0.5mm tip writes smoothly and precisely, which I really appreciate when space is limited. The ink dries quickly with no smudging or bleeding, even on thinner paper. They’re comfortable to hold during long shifts and consistently perform well. These are easily my go-to pens and I’ll definitely keep buying them.

By far the best pen I ever used. Says what the package says it’s intended to do as theirs no smear marks getting all over my hands and clothes. Doesn’t bleed through papers and books. Writes very well. Finally found a pen that works. Will continue to buy.

I found one of these pens on the floor somewhere. I picked it up and fell in love with it. Very fine point, the ink doesn't leak, the pen lasts a long time. So I went for more.

Great pens and great cost

Love how affordable these pens are! As someone who takes about 20 pages of notes per week, I was surprised by how well these pens hold up. I think one barrel lasted me for a good 2, if not 2.5 weeks? Speaking of the barrel, I must say this was possibly the worst kind of grip I've ever had on a pen, hence an overall 4 stars. The pen itself is incredibly light (if you thought the MuJi pens were light, think again) so there's not a very good balance. Not to mention, the rubber grip has a bunch of these awful ridges that are just absolutely uncomfortable. Luckily, I've been able to remedy this by taking out the ink of the Sharpie Gel and placing inside an empty Tul Pen Barrel (Zebra Sarasa and Pentel Energels will also fit the Sharpie ink). On a more positive note, I'd like to add that they're about 90-95% smear free! Like all other gel pens, you should probably give it about a 10 second wait before highlighting, but I'm happy to report that there was no smearing when I used my midliners on it. The pen writes fairly smooth, but it all depends on what kind of paper you use. Regular computer paper is so thin and often made of recycled paper, so it's quite scratchy to write on, not to mention excessive ghosting. I recommend using paper that is 28 lbs or more. Not the most perfect gel pen in the world, but I can't stay away from how well it doesn't smear. Its pricing is also pretty much in the same range as all the other popular gel pens, so as long I can remove the ink of the Sharpie S Gel and put it in a more comfortable barrel, I'd gladly buy this product again. Great quality and very smooth writing, but if you drop 1 of these pens on a floor that's a hard surface, plan on replacing it, as the tip will more than likely be screwed up and start leaking profusely.

Awesome pens, they write smoothly. You don't need to worry about finger oils on paper preventing the ink from coming out like you would with other pens. Comfortable to hold and write. Only bought the black color set. Also don't try using your finger to swipe over what you just wrote, because it does not dry THAT fast.

These are my favourite pens. They write so smoothly. I like the fine pens (0.5 mm) better than the 0.79 mm. I need to write a lot for my work so pens matter! I also find that they last longer than I would expect.

Pen is very comfortable to use. I love the 0.5 fine tip and the way the ink glides onto the paperpaper.
