Very tasty boots. They will take a bit of breaking in but by no means the worst new boots I've ever had to break in. Went for the non-SRS version as riding an adventure bike, getting under the gear change with the additional vamp height the SRS adds would be an issue. Tough as old boots!

Pimping boots, super comfy once broken they look awesome and protect your feet well.

I tested the gear. Hopefully, you won’t have to. I hit a deer at 50mph on the way home from the trail and went into a low-side with the bike surfing on top of me. Both the deer and I hit the pavement, but I walked away completely unharmed, thanks in large part to these boots. The outer sole wore down to the stitching, and the ankle slider took about 50% damage. The buckles and straps absorbed the rest during the slide. Amazingly, the boots remained structurally sound, and everything that wore out is replaceable: sole, buckles, straps, and sliders. If you're on the fence about premium protection, let this be proof: These boots take a beating so you don’t have to. Fit & Comfort Notes: These run narrower than Gaerne SG12, but with a wider toe box than Alpinestars Tech 7. Protection-wise, they’re a big step up from Tech 7, more in line with the Tech 10, Gaerne SG12, or SG22. I find the Sidis more comfortable at the ankle than Gaerne, once broken in. On-foot comfort is solid while riding, though you’ll still feel a bit like a stormtrooper walking around. To improve fit for my flat feet, I pre-stretched the boots using a glass milk bottle and added "Superfeet All-Purpose High Arch insoles". That combo significantly improved comfort, enough that I'd choose these over Alpinestars for the added protection and durability alone.

Bin ihn noch nicht gefahren, aber im ersten Anziehen fühlt er sich sehr gut an. Ich trage in normalen Schuhen 44 und hier passt 44 mit dicken Merinosocken perfekt. Knackig eng aber nicht unangenehm. Ansonsten wirkt die Qualität wirklich top, ich denke besser kann man sich Off-road nicht schützen.

These boots are awesome. The new hinge addition at the ankle is a great improvement. Second pair I’ve had. Wouldn’t want anything else.
