Took a while, but worth the wait. (Updated in April)
I ordered these sunglasses to protect my eyes from sun, wind, and dust particles. Because of a medical condition, my eyes are extremely sensitive, and the 10380 Tactical Sunglasses with Leather Type Wind Guard "CE" seem to be doing the trick. They arrived a couple of days after the estimated arrival date, but I gave them five stars in spite of that. They were packaged securely and arrived with no damage. They fit my face perfectly, but I have a small face. For someone with a wider head, they may be too snug. The glasses are very attractive in an outdoorsy kind of way--hey, they're glacier glasses! They're very lightweight but seem to be fairly sturdy. I like the elastic cord--no more stowing my glasses, unprotected, in my purse. The wind guards are very stiff; I may try some leather conditioner to soften them up a bit. The lenses wrap around enough so that, even with the wind guards, I have excellent peripheral vision, which is essential while driving. I looked at a number of different glasses before choosing these--the price had a lot to do with it (under thirteen dollars), and they had a lot of good reviews. So, this is yet another good review. Great product for a great price--what's not to like? Update--It is April 22, 2013, and I've had these sunglasses for three months. I LOVE them. They're lightweight but sturdy, and the elastic cord is great. No scratches on the lenses, even though I wear them every single day (and early evening). I get compliments on these glasses nearly every day (even when they are hanging from the elastic cord around my neck). I don't think I knew they were polarized when I bought them, but they are--great for driving during the bright California daylight. Best sunglasses I've ever owned, for any price.

Well-made, affordable, stylish, effective, but a bit on the small side.
Foremost, I'm pleased that I went for these glasses instead of their more expensive counterparts, as I'll likely lose them before too long amid the rigors of the sporting activities they were purchased for. The tint of the glasses offers nice sun and glare protection, but also allow for clarity when clouds pass and in shaded areas at most times of the day, which is great when there isn't an opportunity to remove or change glasses. The leather wind protectors are of a decent weight-quality balance, and effectively block wind and fold well with the closing of the temples (arms). The glasses fit really well, overall. One comment about the temple covers (the part that goes over the ears): they are covered in rubber, and I find this to be a nice alternative to other glasses of this nature that feature ear hooks, which makes these glasses easier to remove quickly, when necessary, but snug. One comment about fitting: these glasses fit me perfectly, but they seem to run on the small side, so I'd caution anyone with a big head or wide face about choosing this style. FYI, these glasses measure about 14 cms across (from temple to temple), and about 4.5 cms from top to bottom of each glass.

5 Stars for the price +
I added these to my cart because I've been looking for this style of sunglass without having to spend a grip. I ran across them while doing some of my Christmas shopping on Amazon, added them to my cart and checked out without reading any reviews (after the total amount in my cart another $10-$11 didn't seem like it would matter much). After I checked out, I clicked the link to these and started reading some of the reviews. I know it was kind of a backwards way of online shopping, but... again for the price.. oh well.. worst comes to worst, like one of the other reviews said, I'll give it away to one of my nephews. They arrived today (fast shipping btw), and when I opened the box, the first pleasant surprise was that they are not small like one (or two?) reviews said.. at least for me. They fit my head just fine and they're not any smaller than other adult size sunglasses I see at stores. As far as the quality, for the money I think they're well worth it. We used to get the same style back in the '80's pretty cheap and they would always break in the middle if the leather patches would fall off first. That's because those cheap ones back in the 80's were made of more brittle hard plastic whereas these are made of more soft & pliable plastic. The lenses are nice and dark, the patches on the sides are also well secured to the frame. All in all, I feel that these are well worth the price, functional and not half bad looking. If something were to happen to the ones I got, I'd have no problem ordering another pair.

cheap junk
I wanted something like the "glacier goggles" I wore in the 80's. these have a more updated style, but the frame seams cheap and the pleather even cheaper. EDIT June 2015. These things are garbage. this is my second pair. I was very, VERY careful with them due to the short lifespan of the original pair. I had to super glue the side shades in place but the temples broke just like my first pair. unfortunately I am going to have to break down and buy some higher priced ones. I had originally rated them three stars before the first pair broke, knowing full well they were not a quality unit.

Great value but run small.
I really like these glasses. The lenses could be darker but they’re adequate. The temples are comfortable and the side protection is good. All of that is really good, especially for the price. That’s typical of Rothco. It’s not the best stuff you can buy but it’s among the best for the money and it’s generally reliable. The down side of this particular product is they run very small. Probably smaller enough that they won’t comfortably fit a slightly above average sized face. So, all jokes aside, if you don’t have a big head they’re great. You can buy three pair for the price of anything else close to this quality. They aren’t the best but if they fit you might as well wear them.

A solid Hard-Use Eye cover
These glassses were better than I was expecting. A tight fit is mandatory for glasses in this class. I understand that a lot of people can't tell the difference between cheap plastic & a better quality polymer. I believe these are a pretty good, mid-range polymer that seem pretty durable-as in: pretty pliable i.e. resistant to breakage. I've had good luck with ROTHCO products. I will use these in place of my more expensive Julbo's & really don't feel a lot of difference except in my wallet. Unless you're doing some serious mountaineering, these should be very good glasses for those on a budget & would be ideal to put in an emergency kit if you run the chance of having a break-down in winter snow-country. 5 stars for Value, durability & function. I was very pleased & you should be too. They're great back-up glasses in an emergency or for hiking, snowy slopes or boating where the side hoods will block the extra UV rays. By all means spend the extra hundred or so dollars if you need the best & a brand name means a lot to you, but these will do the job if you're practical & need or just want to save some money.

Only got a couple months...
Out of these things. A real shame because I wanted to really like these. They run small but that's not a problem for me. My head is on the smallish side. (That's NOT what she said.) The "cord" that comes attached to the arms is completely worthless. It's so thin that it's more annoying than helpful. The worst thing about these is the little rubber whatchamawhozits (technical term) that are attached to each arm and go behind your ears. I guess for comfort? The arms (or are they legs? ) just slide inside them (giggity). They need to put a little dab of something gluish (glueish?) inside those to keep the appendages inside where they belong. Took the shades off to run inside for a few minutes (just popped on the top of the brim of my cap) and when I came back out and put them back on, one of the whatchamawhozits made a break for it and managed to escape, never to be seen again. Other than those 2 things (or 3 if you have a big head), these were great shades for under $20. I managed to get quite a few compliments about them.
