Great resource!
Everything you need to know about fermentation! I teach food preservation and recommend books for each section (canning, dehydrating, fermenting, freezing, pickling, etc). This is a definite recommended book for my fermentation classes.

easy recipes and thoughtful presentation
This easy to read and understand book helps start the new fermenter. The recipes use commonly available ingredients. I have tried three recipes and they all came out tasting great. Lovely pictures and a clean print layout make this an enjoyable book to use.

Costly by all means. Not really easy recipes. Lots of required ingredients and not what I was expecting at all.

Great way into making your own fermentations
This is a really great guide to help start and continue to make fermentations at home. Lots of great recipes and useful suggestions on how to make delicious probiotic foods - made my first batch of Pho Kraut yesterday and the smells were amazing - can't wait to taste this one in a few days
