Tengo problemas de depresión por periodo, va y viene. Y después de una depresión grave dónde me dieron píldoras muy fuertes decidí ver algo natural. Leí muchos comentarios y efectivamente este producto funciona, hasta con una píldora diaria, pero se demoró 1 a dos semanas hasta sentir una verdadera diferencia, le di a otra persona que sufre de depresión crónica y se tomó dos diarias de forma escéptica, y le funcionó. I've been on pharmaceuticals for years, and was finally ready to get off of them. I started taking one pill a day when tapering off Lexapro, and after a few weeks I started taking two a day. I am now completely off all of my meds, and I feel great! These are definitely very helpful to me and I do not feel depressed at all. I was hoping they helped with anxiety as well, but I have not found that to be the case. I'm very pleased with these and would highly recommend to anybody who suffers from depression.

I love this product! I have fibromyalgia so my serotonin levels are very low and I tend to be overly emotional. A doctor recommended taking 450mg of St Johns Wort two times a day along with some other supplements. I did not want to take a supplement that had a lot of added ingredients, as I also need to keep free of additives and preservatives so I was thrilled to find this product that has none of that stuff! I have been taking this for a little over a week and I can tell you that it is really helping me! I am calmer and have better control over my emotions. I am not a doctor, so I cannot tell anyone what they should be taking, but I can say that if you are looking for a supplement, check out the ingredients in this one - it is sure to please!!

Helps level emotions and mental abilities

It may not the St. John's Wort but my system. I became very nervous after I took a pill the second time. I don't know what is good to counteract its effects and maybe take it at the same time, or before?The bottle was great and the delivery was also excellent.
