Fiber One Cereal, Original Bran, High Fiber Cereal Made with Whole Grain, 19.6 oz

Hitting your daily fiber is super important, and lots of people don't get enough with the typical western diet. Having a bowl of this every morning helps keep me regular and lose weight! The taste isn't as good as those super sugary kids cereals, but I think it's pretty good for what it does! Add some PB2 to the milk to add a bit more flavor :)

Ordered a few boxes of this Fiber One cereal to go along with the 5 boxes of the Fiber One Honey Clusters I ordered. I mix both of these together with two other high fiber cereals every morning. It's impossible to beat the fiber content of this cereal with any other. The taste isn't bad, but it's much better when mixing multiple cereals together. It's low in sugar and a quality cereal that I've been eating for years. I'm glad Amazon had the Honey Clusters I bought with this because they've disappeared from all store shelves. As long as Amazon carries it, I'll definitely be buying more.

Good stuff for you that tastes great

I love Fiber One's taste. It stays crispy in milk and I love mixing some in with my yogurt. It's also great with raisins. No added sugar and high in fiber.

This is good stuff which is hard to find in grocery stores.

Supposedly the highest fiber content cereal available. Not a culinary delight, but here is a hint: One can of evaporated milk, no calorie sugar (ez sweetz in my case), stir, I let them go soft, once a week as a particular treat. Otherwise use unsweetened almond milk to rip the rewards of 60% fiber elimination wise. 4 Stars.

Came super fast. Way cheaper than my grocery store. Great way to get in fiber.
