Not sure about other reviews talking about what bulbs this fixture takes - just regular old bulbs work fine. But the installation is terrible. Instructions only show two wires, and are completely broken English and difficult to interpret. However, it is a light fixture, so it's not exactly rocket science. But here's the problem - the back of the fixture does not allow any room for the cables attached to the fixture. In other words, the edge of the fixture should be at least a half inch taller then the center, so the wires don't get in the way with a flush mount to the ceiling. Furthermore, it is near impossible to find the hole for the two screws in the electrical to hold the fixture in, because the fixture is so much wider. They should have designed the fixture with a keyhole-style slot so you could put the mounting screws into the wall box, slip the fixture over the heads of the screws and then twist it and then tighten the screws down. I have never in my life had such difficulty just putting two screws in. On the plus side, the fixture does look nice and should never need to be taken down for at least the next ten years. If only they had better and more accurate instructions and some consideration for the 5 cables of 8 inches length (two for each bulb, plus ground). I won't order from this company ever again. Far better designs for the same or less money with similar looks are available here at Amazon. This light isn't that unique to suffer with such basic installation issues. I even tried to mount it using the center hole with a support bar (typically used for heavy light fixtures) only to find that the standard-length barrel screw isn't long enough (by about 1/2"). My third option was to drill into my drywall, install the included plastic anchors into my ceiling around the outside edges of the electrical box. Just stupid.

Ordered the 12 and 10 inch in black to replace the outdated flush mounts in our condo. These go perfectly with our other new matte black chandelier style fixtures. They are simple, modern, easy to install and high quality metal and glass. The best part is the glass is easily removed for cleaning and bulb changes without removing the fixture. It just twists on and off. We were shocked some of the newer led style fixtures can’t be cleaned easily (dead bug graves).After a long search these are perfect. We have ours on dimmers with dimmer bulbs and they work perfectly.

OK. This is a pretty cool little light BUT a normal A19/E26 light bulb will not work because the bulb itself is to big for the shade to go on. I read the reviews and ordered the exact bulb that was needed. A whole box since I bought three lights! NOPE! TOO BIG. Trouble screwing them in and then the cover won't even come close to fitting. What a pain! This should come with the correct bulbs so you know EXACTLY WHAT TO ORDER WHEN THEY NEED REPLACED. If these weren't already hung, I would return them! So frustrated with the lack of detail in descriptions. Give a link to the exact bulb needed, maybe? A19/E26 is a normal light bulb for a table lamp BUT WILL NOT WORK IN THIS LAMP UNLESS IT HAS A VERY SMALL BULB END. So dumb. Now I'm off to the store, during a pandemic and a raging snow storm because the contractors need light! Wish I was one of the lucky ones that had guessed at the correct bulb and was able to give a five star rating.... Oh well...

Possibly the worst purchase I’ve ever made. Doesn’t have a mounting plate so instal is difficult. Whatever.After installing, it didn’t fit standard Philips Hue bulbs, which fit every other standard light in my house.Out of curiosity, I tried my GE bulbs. It fit. I put the cover on to check and then could NOT get it off. I tried using grippy gloves to get a grip and could not. Walked away and a minute later the glass exploded all over our bed and bedroom floor.Now I have a broken light that doesn’t work (and 2 more to return), glass all over my bedroom, and over an hour of time wasted, not including however long cleanup will take.DO NOT BUY THESE. I’ve installed a variety of lights lately and all work perfectly. These are not worth the hassle or dice rolling.
