Nice simple motor.
It's a working motor. Easy to wire, good directions. Not as it appears in the photo of course. There is a fuse reset button on the wiring block. Not a big deal but just something you don't see in the photo and is not described anywhere in the literature. Bigger than I expected, should have ordered a 1/3 horse instead but at least I know my home made band saw will not bog down.....

too lazy to start.
I used it 6 times for about 8 hours or less each. I now have to pull on the belt to get it spinning before it will go on its own. before that it worked great and still works going once I get it started.

they are very nicely done and easy for a novice to decipher
Read the instructions, simple wiring to make it go Clockwise (CW) or counter-clockwise (CCW).If you wire it wrong it's only because you didn't follow instructions, they are very nicely done and easy for a novice to decipher.

Probably would've been good!
Came in with box busted on two sides, dented and damaged, does not work because capacitor was dented and damaged!
