This really taste mgreat on so many foods.

It’s Bitter
To help you understand what your getting with this sauce, you should be aware that while this is a garlic sauce it is very bitter and it masks the garlic flavor even though you can taste it if you try hard enough. Im not familiar with moroccan foods but its based of that. The bitter flavor is tolerable but it I cant say its worthy of getting again. So this product will be liked by anyone who likes a their sauce to be a bit bitter, otherwise consider something else.

Probably good as a base
I tasted this sauce when I got it. I still haven’t really found a good use for it. It is garlicky, but that’s it. There’s no flavor around it. It might be good with some anchovies and lemon juice mixed in for a Caesar salad dressing, so I’ll give it another try.
