Product was perfect for what I needed it for
Was missing the hardware but the plate was shaped perfect for fitment

Works As Advertised
The produce was easy to install. The pre-drilled holes aligned with the holes I already made for my tour pack to attach to the mount. The plate takes the stress and shock off the tour pack only being supported by the bolts that attach to the mount. I wanted the security when I use the tour pack and have weight in it that it will hold and provide the supplemental storage I need when riding long distance. If you’re somewhat cheap like me on some of your H-D aftermarket parts but want security that the parts have a better chance to stand the test of time, I definitely recommend this plate for your tour pack. I’ll look to update my post as time goes to hopefully show some longevity of this product.

Item seems well made
I am waiting for the tour pack to arrive so I can install with the panel, the panel it self looks well made, the package came torn and a bolt and and nut is missing , so I’ll go to the hardware store tomorrow

Buy nylock nuts for the kit
Buy nylock nuts to prevent the nut from backing itself off.

It's good and sturdy
Good product to give stability to the tour pack. I had to redrill four holes the pre-drilled holes did not line up to the mounting accessory. It was pretty easy to drill the holes as long as you have a good drill bit and a good drill other than that I'm pretty satisfied with the product. I would have given it five stars but for the fact of having to redrill holes that's why I gave it the Stars I did

All the holes lined up perfectly.
Didn’t know this was a thing when I originally ordered my tour pack a few years ago. We recently cruised all or most of the trails in Arkansas pig trail, dragon tail etc for 5 days. Bike was fully loaded seen 3 states along the way. It really put my mind at ease my wife was gonna be secure along with our luggage. Happy wife happy life!!
