I bought a bicycle with a defective seat clamp. Rather than hassle with the bike manufacturer, I was able to get this in 2 days for a few dollars. The issue with the original was that it was too short and didn’t engage in the nut for a sufficient length, which stripped the threads. This one is a better, longer length and is of higher overall quality. The screw diameter is 5mm. Make sure that is the size of the one you are replacing. I see other bike seat clamp screws up to 8mm diameter that are available on Amazon, but would not have worked for me. They vary in length as well, so you should check if that size works for you.

Got this for my sons bike. It gets the job done. It took a minute to get it dialed in, but it does the job now. My concern is the materials don't feel like the best, so I worry about longevity of the product, but for now it is working.

Too small for what I needed. It just needed to be a little bit bigger. Would be fine for an average size scooter.

The design seems to be solid, the cam is smooth, and went on without a hitch. Suggest as always adding some grease to the threads and cam to keep it healthy.
