will this work in a 2016 Honda Accord Sport?

Hi, I use this in my 2017 Civic, easiest way to tell is to take out the power connector behind the mirror and count the pins, if they match with the product then you should be good!

This adapter is great for the front dash cam, when will similar item be available for the back dash cam of the car?

Are you sure you're thinking that question all the way through? What constant 12V power source would exist in the back of a wide variety of cars that a mass-produced pigtail would interface with?

It will fit a Honda Pilot Touring 2010?

These come in 7 and 10 pin types - just check to see how many pins are in the plug-in on your mirror. If it’s a 7 pin it should work. If 19, then order the 10 pin type.

Does it fit nissan’s mirrors? the other company make those for acura, honda and nissan and in my car (infiniti) i have the same 7 pin plug

It has to say in the description that it would fit your car's manufacturer and model, otherwise it would not be compatible.
