It is very light (<40 g), does not slip and sits comfortably in the back of the knee. To determine the size, measure the knee circumference when the knee is half bent. Contents: 1 x knee support. Material: 71% polyamide, 29% silicone. Sizes: Size XS - knee circumference: 32 - 35 cm. Size S - knee circumference: 35.1 - 38 cm. Size M - knee circumference: 38.1 - 41 cm. Perfect sizing and really helped me.
I had planned a 15 k hike on rough ground and my arthritic knee had been very painful for some weeks prior. I had tried a one size fits all support but I found it heavy, useless and too big. I bought the small epitact and it was comfortable during the four hour hike and now several hours later I still haven't felt as much as a twinge from my knee.... I'm delighted
