F Dick 8298115 Ergogrip Boning Knife 6" blade curved high carbon steel

Whenever I ordered it I didn't know for sure if I was gonna like the flex blade but it's amazing. I already had an 8 Inch of this brand and I love it as well and I needed a 6 inch and here it is. Arrived sharp and ready to go. F Dick are Fing amazing. Lol

I have tried many boning knives over the few years I have been a full-time whole animal butcher (Breaking whole beef, lamb, pork, goat, veal and poultry). This one is my go-to knife. It holds its edge far longer than other brands I have tried. The 6" reach and the curved blade are very helpful to me when working around bones, large or small. The hard plastic NSF handle feels better in my hand than any of the other brands I have tried. For a flex boning knife, I highly recommend this one.

I’ve only had this for a little while but it seems very durable and holds an edge.

i REALLY like the handle weight and design of this bladeit also sports different steel then say victronox and in my experience takes a lower angle edge and holds itin short this is a very sharp and thin FLEX style boning knife with a VERY VERY VERY safe handle design

Might be my misunderstanding, but i sort of expected this to have a rubber grip. The curve and the flex is great. Durable. Just really wished that i got a rubber grip with it to lessen wrist tension when cutting for a long time

Got a 10inch breaking knife. Thanks i guess? Kinda needed the 6inch but whatever... Edit: The 10 inch knife actually got a ton of use so i guess 3 stars seems fair?
