Lekebaby Classic Baseplates Building Base Plates for Building Bricks 100% Compatible with Major Brands-Baseplates 10" x 10", Pack of 12

We bought this Lekebaby 6-pack of 10" x 10" baseplates (green, blue, and gray) for our daughter and used them to make a custom LEGO board. We glued them down and they have held up extremely well—very sturdy with no bending or lifting. The quality of the plastic feels solid and durable, and LEGO brand bricks fit perfectly with a strong connection. The size is great for building, and the different colors add some fun variety. They were easy to cut and glue, which made our project simple to put together. Overall, these are an excellent third-party alternative that works just as well as the official brand. Great value and highly recommended.

I used these baseplates to create a custom play kitchen backdrop by attaching them to the back of a headboard—and they worked wonderfully. We used these base plates to transform an old train table into a Lego table for our kids and didn’t want to splurge on the name-brand plates. These worked perfectly — they fit Lego bricks with no issues and were super easy to cut to size for our project. The quality is solid, and once installed, you really can’t tell the difference from the expensive ones. Great value for the price, especially for DIY setups or larger builds where you need a lot of surface area without breaking the bank.

I had purchased these mats for my 2 and 5 year old boys. Having varying colors was very nice for them to make different landscapes (grass vs water, etc). The boards are a little thin and you will need a hard surface for them to sit on. A few places the bumps for the legos has varied spacing and made it difficult to attach a standard lego but those are very rare and certainly are not a reason not to buy the product. They are small enough to work in the car on a book or other hard surface for something other than screen time for road trips. These are a great value for the price and I would greatly recommend.

It works with the lego like blocks that I had. I cut them down to the size I need. Very easy to cut, just score and snap.

I’m a relatively new Lego city builder, I didn’t have Lego as a kid so I approach this hobby and how and where I spend my money through that lens. I’m not a purist, and I can honestly say that these baseplates are my absolute most reliable alternative brand baseplates. I’ve probably purchased 50 or more so far. They fit perfectly, don’t warp and since everything I build is on a MILS plate, these are the foundations for that. There really is absolutely no good reason Lego’s baseplates are so expensive, almost prohibitively so. These are a no brainer for me. Also, if you ever find yourself needing to cut a baseplate, again, these are inexpensive enough to make it a non-issue.
