I take this before bedtime and it’s made a noticeable difference in my sleep. I fall asleep easier and, more importantly, I don’t wake up feeling groggy the next day. I also feel more calm in the morning, which is a huge plus, especially on busy school days when I’m getting my little one ready and out the door. It just takes a bit of the edge off and makes mornings feel less rushed. The capsules are easy to take and the blend feels gentle overall.
