Very sturdy and stable. I use it to get up to my second floor loft. It arrived packed very nice. It took 3 weeks to get to me. Very easy to put together. They give plenty of hardware. I got it on sale on prime day.

Great product - used in my detached garage to get to overhead storage area. Worked perfect - cheaper than building staircase

Better than using a ladder
We purchased this for our warehouse. We were utilizing a ladder prior to this. At first everyone thought it wasn’t going to be that great of an addition, but it quickly became obvious that we were in need of this and didn’t know it. This has been a safer alternative to using a ladder. It might be a little taller than we need, but we do have a few tall racks and can use it on them. So far it seems to be very well. The assembly was a little challenging. We ended up using three people to put it together. It is a heavy built unit. It utilizes locking mechanisms to keep it in place when not being moved.

15 step. Love my new TOY! And a steal price apparently closeout model as Tri-Arc increases safety
Ladder came nearly assembled, the only difficulty was extra hardware apparently to serve a variety of models and excessive California "safety" requirements. Lightweight, sturdy, rolls easily, minimal tools required for assembly. Steps are welded to the frame so delivery will be as long as the ladder is high minus upper safety rail. Delivery company was "Ceva" and they were very precise and thorough setting an exact delivery time/date, and emailing reminders even as they bumped my delivery date up 5 whole days. Truck was an unmarked contractors box truck with 2 delivery persons who easily unloaded it by hand. Assembly was very easy and doable by one person.
This was the first ten step ladder I've purchased. Very sturdy I'm very impressed. It came unassembled but was very easy to put together. Did it by myself.

Easy to move around
Easy to move move around and get to the ceiling that is 18' high.

Useful!
Delivery a bit longer then expected, but once arrived we were able to set it up within a few hours. Great investment to have at home to get up on the 2nd floor roof & paint inside the house, cathedral ceilings.
