Love! The detachable flange was able to fit the medela symphony pump my hospital had for pumping and then it fit my spectra at home!

These fit my spectra pump perfectly, and I found no issues with their use. Strong recommend.

Flange head piece compatible with both Spectra and Medela
The flange head piece is compatible with both my Spectra electric pump and my Medela manual hand pump, which makes these flanges very much worthwhile. The pieces are very easy to put together and overall very easy to clean. The fact that they come in various specific sizes is extremely helpful. These flanges are very effective at removing milk.

Preferred something different
Didn’t like the style of these when I received them so I returned them before using, so can’t comment on function, but prefer preferred the Pano style

Fits well with different pumps
Good thing is it fits well and suction is good with the pump. It also fits different types of pumps due to the extra piece. It fit the medela hand pump and my spectra. Only down side is because the extra piece, it’s long so it’s “heavy” weight pulls down if I use my pumping bra. So I’m constantly readjusting the bra and the pieces. Overall I like this set

Great flange set!
Fits my Spectra S2 perfectly and does not leak. I like that it comes with a set of duckbill valves as well. Its always nice to have an extra set so when one loses its suction I don't have to rush out to the store to grab a new one. It is nice that it can come apart to slide into my pumping bra since some pumping bras don't allow you to slide the entire flange in. Very versatile in that aspect. Overall it is as it was described by the seller. Nice quality for a nice price. Especially since it is hard to find a comfortable flange for 19mm. Works great! No complaints here!

Works well and is compatible with spectra

Having issues with Maymom quality. The white duck bill valve was already partially open. Previous orders also had issues. Although one good thing is their pink duck bill valves work very well and were included as a bonus in one kit I ordered.
