Think about the cost to value when considering this item
First, let's start with the most important part to keep in mind: This is a very inexpensive electronic device so you have to expect that you are getting what you pay for to some extent. With that in mind, I think the two biggest factors are build quality and how well are the instructions are written/translated.The build quality does feel cheap, but that's to be expected for a device in the $30-$40 range that can do what this thing does. When I stretch it around my phone, it feels like I could easily break it in half. It holds the phone well though and it feels solid when it's in place. The color button that light up feel okay but the L and R top buttons feels a little weak.I hope the comment about the instructions being translated isn't received poorly. I only say this because this is a cheap electronic product and as a consumer of cheaper electronics, sometimes the instructions can be hard to read if the syntax is incorrect. The instructions were fairly brief, easy to read, and had minimal grammatical errors. I would disregard every review on here that says something like "It didn't work for any of the games I tried!". You have to ask yourself: Did they charge it up first? Did they read and follow the instructions? Did they not understand the instructions? Did the games they were trying to play support a controller natively?Syncing it to my phone was as easy as bluetooth gets. I was able to use it with Elder Scrolls Blades and Evoland (Android) out of the box. Other games may need to have the controller buttons mapped, I haven't used that feature yet.Overall I recommend it for the price. It's a pretty fun toy and it made gaming on my phone a way better experience so far.

Excellent - Works With Pop-Socket!!!
I really can't overstate how happy I am with this thing. It works excellently. The Bluetooth connects easily and works without any lag for me. There are 4 different modes that it can work in, and I prefer the classic Android mode, but that's what works best for my games. Possibly the other modes would be better for other games. This works fantastically with anything in a gameboy-ish style, or anything in a FPS style that I've tried. I honestly can't give a solid guess on battery life, except that I've probably played 10 hours so far and have never charged it.It's expandable and fits my Galaxy Note 9 when fully expanded - I don't think it would hold anything larger than that, but the Note 9 is one of the largest phones on the market. Best of all, the way it telescopes out means that there's a little pocked in back and it isn't bothered by a pop-socket! Excellent product. No complaints at all. I love this thing.

Works for the apps I need!
Got the controller because of the layout, which is very familiar to me from another electronic gaming device I own. The instructions are very clear and the configuration app is very easy to set up with custom settings for as many apps as you need!

THIS DOES HAVE A XBOX MODE!
The controller would be great if it didn't randomly turn off and get me killed. ALSO many people make bad reviews because they don't realize if you hold the X button and press the Android button to turn it on it will go into Xbox controller input mode. Unfortunately it still turns off after around 4 minutes as if it thinks it's not being used.

Junk
Does not work at all with COD Mobile on Android. Super slow to respond, buttons not mapped correctly at all. I'm willing to change this review if they tell me how to fox, otherwise this is going back and 1-star stays up!

Doesn’t support iOS 13.4 or newer... and doesn’t seem like they’ll upgrade anytime soon
Remote was better quality than expected but never got to use it. It said it supports iOS, but it DOESN'T! The app you download is Shooting Plus V3. I downloaded and it says it does not support iOS 13.4 or 13.5 and to turn off updates. My phone already had 13.4 so I emailed software to see when they would update. They responded: “Very Sorry, the bug of not work on iOS 13.4 or iOS 13.5 is not fixed yet, currently. You can consider buying a lower version of iPhone or iPad, the system is between iOS11 and iOS13.3.1, and then turn off the system automatic update to prevent automatic upgrade. Or you use an Android phone or Android tablet.” Seriously... your solution is for me to buy an older, slower device to sync to your subpar software? I am Returning the remote immediately.

Doesn’t work with IOS 13.4 but you won’t believe the Galaxy Fold fits!
Couldn’t try it because soon as I start the app it says this does not work with IOS 13.4 My other phone is a Galaxy Fold, and in my pit of despair I thought I would try it with that even though I knew it wouldn’t fit, I was wrong! It FITS!! And works great, I couldn’t believe it I would never have dreamed of a Switch style controller for the Fold!

Outdated Tech
This is for older phones anything new it doesn’t work with the Bluetooth at least with apple phones. The app has poor English and is half Chinese or a Asian language which in turn makes The instructions poor quality as well. I was able to follow the instructions, however, it is not simple to comprehend.
