Blood circulation even while using under feet
I use it overnight to my under feet and feel much relaxed I would suggest to buy and feel it by using under feet in a different way but sleep next 45 days minimum continues use under feet so gradually and slowly you will see difference the Megnet effects to your body under feet I 100% recommend this for those have a pain under foot for longer time I am using on daily now I get feel better while sleep at night till I wake-up. can use app for check Megnet Gauss called Magnetometer on android app I use to check

The pillow is flat on all level, in effectivness and width.
I have lower back pain. I have used the pillow, please note very flat, more like a mat for nearly a month. It does not work, Not worth the cost.
