It is the BEST!
I found this in Vermont but my local stores don't carry it. This is hands down, the best yellow cornmeal you can get. It's great for polenta or cornbread or any other recipe that calls for yellow cornmeal.

Perfect!
I love fried okra! but only if it has a nice crunchy "crust" on it when I indulge myself. This year it has been very difficult to find yellow corn meal for some reason, so I tried this brand since it seems it is a little more coarsely ground than others. My fried okra was perfect! I like the coarse grind and it makes a nice crust. Will try some homemade cornbread as soon as the weather cools down!
