I bought this for a trolling motor on a little mini pontoon boat that I use for fishing. It holds a charge for a long time and does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I found them to be the same in size and connections, and yes they were almost twice the price of others but I anticipate not changing them again for another 5 or more years. These batteries were considerably stronger than the book calls for but I took a chance and it paid off big time. I get much more life out of the batteries, the charge lasts longer and they charge much faster. I do not regret my purchase at all.

Bought this battery in 2015 , use as a cranking and trolling in my Jon river boat, use in river for 8 hrs against current has plenty of charge left, best. Battery ever, don't take up much room, lite weight, deep cycle

Just a note about charging this battery. The MK-105P charger paired with it by Amazon (above) is the wrong charger. When the battery arrived and I read the doc's, it said that it must have a multi-stage charger specifically for the AGM technology. I cancelled and went with the MK-110P.

When charging this battery with charger even recommended by the manufacturer, I hear lots of bubbling sound coming this battery . According to the instruction it is normal to hear some bubbling sound but in my case it doesn't sound normal. Lots of bubbling. I have other brand AGM deep cycle batteries and I hear hardly hear bubbling noise from them. Also I noticed that this battery drains faster than other brand I have which cost a lot less than this. I was going to return it but return shipping cost, almost half the cost of battery, has to be paid by me and restocking fee on top of that. So I gave up returning the battery. I don't think it is worth to pay a lot more than other brand for the same capacity.

I'm using this for a 36lb thrust trolling motor on my kayak. It doesn't last more than 3-4 hours on full speed without dying on me and that's while charging it with a small solar panel while it's running. I just bought a Lithium battery instead. Spend the extra money and get lithium. It lasts longer, has a lower discharge, and is much lighter. This battery adds a lot of weight to my kayak.

THE CHARGE WILL NOT LAST TOO LONG. I HAVE A FEW OF THE LARGER ONES,AND THEY ARE ALL FINE, BUT THIS ONE IS KIND OF WEAK.

Bought this for my boat and accidentally left my dash lights on for 3 days and it did not kill the battery, the boat fired right up. I have used my electric trolling motor for hours and it doesn't miss a beat with this battery. Well worth the money.
