I had to read the instructions carefully because the plastic materials are delicate. If you are looking for a cheap blender/grinder with real power but nice and pleasant sound of the motor then this is the one. In return you have to be delicate in handling this item. First follow the instructions carefully. Everything works superbly but can't say how long it will last...but it's only 19 quid.

As soon as this blender arrived I made a fruit lassi out of it and was so delicious. It blends even frozen fruit well. Highly recommended and bargain price.

What attracted me to this blender was the price for this blender as well as the grinder mill. I was searching for a blender with a grinder mill which didn't seem to be that popular as there were very few options and those that were there were too pricey for me. So coming across this blender I took a punt, and I'm glad I did. I've used it mainly to blend raw veg for a stew, but the one time I used it to blend soaked dry beans, seemed a step too far. I could smell the motor at some point and it stopped by itself. I was forced to abort the blending. I left it overnight. Then to my surprise and delight, it came back on again and I was able to resume! So from then on I made sure to not overexert it (considering the price I paid for it) So I give it 4 stars as it didn't give up the ghost and I've been able to use it for a few months now. The grinder also grinds very well and turns any dry thing to powder. Overall I am very happy with this blender and I think it's great value for money

Don't bother. Stopped working after few uses. Contacted seller, they told me to contact manufacturers. Manufacturers want me to send it for inspection at my own cost as a recorded delivery despite its still under warranty. The cost of sending it back is almost equivalent to the cost of the product price. Definitely don't buy this product from here. Unless you want to waste your money.

It does not perform well when using half frozen fruit to make a smoothie, needs constant stirring to get it going. Very noisy. Easy to clean. It does smell when kept whizzing for too long. Finally the motor gets very hot after using for 20minutes
