My first foray to hatching eggs. The hygrometer didn’t work out of box but an email to company and a replacement hygrometer was sent out.

Bought mine in 2020 from Incubator Warehouse and have used it at least 45 times to hatch both coturnix quail and chickens. Great hatch rate! The hygrometer and the turning work just fine.Highly recommended!

We bought one of these from incubator warehouse in May, plugged it in waiting for our eggs to arrive, it ran great. Eggs arrived, put them in, 8 days from hatch the incubator stopped working while we were gone. Came home to cold dead eggs. Called them they said it sounded like a fuse, sent us a new lid the second week in June. Set it up put more eggs in just got home after 8 days of running it died again. I'm beyond mad and out a whole lot of money in eggs. I've asked for a full refund, guess we'll see.

The rotation does not work properly they do not completely turn your eggs your embryos will not develop properly unless you manually turn the eggs the hydrometer is garbage but it will hold a decent temp not worth the money
