Alternative
I ordered this set for my niece as I have 2-3 pair. Traditional nose plugs for swimming don't work for most African American. My swim teacher recommended these. Easy to use. The extra small fits her.

Helps my migraines
I’m glad that I found these. I work in a manufacturing facility and the air gives me severe migraines. I wear a mask, but it doesn’t block whatever chemical is bothering me. I bought this nose plug and wear it under my mask, and it does the trick. It sucks that I have to do this at all, but it’s what I have to do right now to survive. Thankful that I found this. It can get uncomfortable if not placed right, so it needs adjustment from time to time, and can slip out if your nose is running. But that is unavoidable. I don’t know how this works as a swimmer’s nose plug do ai can’t comment on that.

Worked well but popped out with front crawl stroke
Very comfortable, worked well with back crawl stroke. No water up my nose from 'waves' in pool. Then with just a few strokes of front crawl, plugs popped out never to be seen again. At $15 you bet I tried to find them especially since they popped out in shallow water. But these are clear silicone! Too expensive for one use. Suggest they be made in colors to help with location when/if come out.

Hard to know what size to buy and lost the plugs in <1 min :(
There is no good way to know which size to buy, so I guessed based on other reviews. The plugs fell out of my nose on the first lap of the pool and I never saw them again. I think for the price the manufacturer should just sent a few sizes and customers can use the one that fits best. I won't be guessing on sizing again.

Wish I had found this sooner
As a migraine sufferer I was always searching for ways to keep water out of my nose while swimming because it would trigger a migraine. Traditional nose plugs would always slip off and I'd have to limit the amount of time I spent swimming under the water or suffer for the rest of the day in pain. I read other reviews on this product and felt it was worth a shot. I LOVE THIS NOSE PLUG!!! Once in place it never slips or falls out. (The fold technique listed by others helps place the Sinus Saver before swimming.) It is surprisingly comfortable and I am able to enjoy swimming like I used to before migraines took over my life. One piece of advice is make sure you measure yourself for proper size, I was surprised to find I only needed the extra small and it fits perfect.

My nose was too small
The method of measurement seemed pretty accurate as I could definitely fit 4 cotton swabs up my nose comfortably and fitting a 5th one seemed a little bit of a stretch but it got in there. So I chose the smallest size. Unfortunately the nose plug did not fit as predicted by the Ill fitted 5th swab. So I had to return it. I’m 5’4” kinda petite Asian female so I guess my notstrils run a bit smaller. I hope they make a smaller size cuz I used a silicone ear putty instead which worked well for just below the surface but anything deeper than 5ft would be too dangerous as the putty probably would travelled into my sinus cavity from the water pressure.

Doesn’t work for me
I have parosmia from covid and attempted this nose plug for restaurants so I don’t look as crazy but doesn’t help eliminate the taste

Works so much better than others!
I purchased this as I have a mermaid tail that I like to swim in but I am not at all skilled when it comes to keeping water out of my nose. It works great and looks like almost nothing once you get it in. I ordered an extra small and while it works fine I think I would have gone with a small just because water does find its way in every now and again. I do have a generally small nose so as a size reference I would say the extra small would probably fit a middle school to elementary school child. The extra small works fine as long as you don't mind adjusting it every now and again. (I have also found that water pressure tends to keep the water out and locks it into place so going deep first might help water stay out the rest of the time.)
