Q: Would these pouches be suitable to hold contact lense cases and multiple eye drops bottles? Wondering if it is large enough & waterproof. Ty :)

The windows are plastic, but the outline area is a cloth of types. If you want to water proof contact holders I would not count on this protecting other things. Size wise, it would hold those contact cases and the small pocket size eye drop bottles. Definitely one each pocket, and depending on size maybe you can squeeze 2 in each pocket.
