Besides for the "I love you" on the outside, this is a really good product. I don't even care that it says that. It keeps my drink hot or cold depending on what I decide to drink that day. When I put it in my backpack, it doesn't spill, leak, or come loose from shaking around in there. Get this product. It is worth it.

The mug itself is amazing! Keeps my husbands coffee hot for the entire work day. BUT I got the mug for my husband for Valentine's Day because of the saying. Tat wiped away within 2 weeks....

I give this only 2 stars because the text faded soon after using it. The thermos however is sleek looking, easy to grib and it does keep your beverage really hot and it keeps it cold. so from that perspective i'd give it 5 stars.I was really happy about ordering this because of the positive text written on the Bottle. however after a few uses the text started to fake off, and that's just with hot water. I was quiet disappointed.

This is like a beverage twin to my expensive bento box and big coffee thermos. It's double wall insulated stainless steel, so you want to prime it with hot or cold water depending on whether you want what you are putting in it to stay hot or stay cold.There is some BPA-free plastic in the lid and in a piece that helps seal the bottle and also helps keep you from dumping your whole drink in your lap - kind of like a sip cup top for grown ups which - THANK YOU - I need. However, if you keep the bottle upright and don't fill it all the way, you can remove the insert and never worry about your drink touching plastic at all. If you can get over the text, this is a great thermos to getI found that if you contain hot liquid, it slowly fades the text awayAfter a while, it will start to look like the $20 version.So definitely get this and give this trick a try, you will be saving yourself $10 and have a great thermos to use all year around

It does keep your hot drink very long (more than 12 hours), leakproof, but the engraved text started to come off after a week of purchase and I always handwash it in cold water.
