With a few customisations (foam blocks to better position the mic and absorb desk bumps) the Neewer Pro Isolation Shield has worked a treat for me in my home office podcast studio.

Sound quality is good for Audible book recording. A little heavy for our boom mike, but we made it work. Very handy size. No more need for a padded closet.... I'm delighted with the purchase.
