Color Accurate
It looks solid and pretty much as you'd expect. But be aware that after about 4 to 6 months the color will begin to fade and sediment can deposit in the Loop requiring a flush maybe once or twice a year. Other than that it's about as solid as it gets for opaque liquids.

Works well for my use case
I used this on my second loop. I’ve tired the Corsair purple but that one is translucent and the rgb makes it look brown. This one just looks purple - like it should. My second loop is passive cooled with just reservoir > pump > memory block and back. So I really can’t say how’d it perform on a “real” loop

I knew the risk, I thought it’d be fine: It Wasn’t.
Two days. Two days until corrosion and gunk was building in my waterblocks. I prepped the system, brand new components, no aluminum radiators. Everything was done to my PC that needed being done. I put the coolant in and for a few hours it looked as it did in the manufacturer bottle. It took one day for the buildup to settle, and the next day for my pump block/cpu block seals to start corroding. Truly AWFUL stuff. I read the reviews, I said “it’ll be fine, it probably doesn’t happen that often, most people leave reviews if it’s either super good or super bad”. I’m just here to tell you it’s plain bad. Do not under any circumstances buy this coolant. Do not give primochill a single dollar because you will have to spend it again in a week. Coolant is already 50% see through, changed from yellow to a cream color and lost all its saturation. Awful, awful product.

Toxic candy? More like vomit
I've bought and used primo chill products many times, but never their fluid. I usually buy ek cryofuel, but it's just too expensive nowadays. I saw that the primo chill was only 20$ and thought it might be a good value. However, the color accuracy is absolutely terrible and feels like false advertising. I ordered the toxic candy thinking I would get a nice neon green, but the color is more of a vomit color than anything. I like to keep my RGB lighting at just plain white, but I had to change the lights to green just to hide the color. I would mark it as 1 star, but the performance and quality of the fluid is pretty great. I would maybe recommend this fluid but definitely not this color.
