Gorgeous sauce
This is a wonderful fridge benefit - add to a white sauce for a great pasta accompaniment add to taste as strong truffle flavour so goes a long way.

very little truffle but powerful aroma
Inspite of the small percentage of truffle it did give a fairly strong flavour to a roast chicken a whole jar was a bit too much but it doesn't keep for long

Poor product and poor service
Item arrived with Tamper proof seal still intact but lid has blown so can’t use item. Seller will not accept return of item as it’s a ‘non return item’ despite being delivered with a faulty seal. Poor service and poor product !!!
