works great
I used this to start a new tank a year ago and was pleased with the results. Biofiltration is the most important to reef success.

Works Great
We bought some of this for our 140 Gallon system and some for our 20 Gallon Quarantine system. They are quick and do a great job of cycling the tank.

One day Cycle Reef Tank
If you want to create a New Reef tank in Hurry it's one of the Best Bacteria for Cycle in Tank in 1-2 days. I recorded the results every 2 hours and it's amazing that in first 2 hours it's starts the Ammonia up and down by 4-5 hours and N02 becomes high and down 7-9 hours and N03 takes time little bit more like 22-30 hours. but 38-40 hours its everything in low and as per reef condition. But have to use Bio Media like Live Rock or Carabsea Sand. For my Tank I used CarabSea Life Rock 20 LBS, Carabsea Life Sand (White and Purple) with Reef Sea Reef Salt-Blue one (not Red sea Coral Pro). I don't Turn on the light more than 6 hours in first 2 days and in Day three i Added two SPS and 3 LSP and it's Perfect. PH-8.2, Alkalinity - 9 and Salinity 1.35 now my tank is running perfectly and after 2 days I turn on Light and Protein Skimmer. Money worth with this bacteria

Established a new saltwater tank in 2 weeks during fish-in cycling!!!
This established my NEW 75 gallon saltwater tank in 2 weeks. I did the full dose as bottles recommends for the first initial dose, and did partial dose per bottle recommendations for repeat dose a week later. I tested the water daily. I do highly recommend.

Worked really well. I fishless cycled a marine tank in about 2 weeks
I fed liquid ammonia to the tank (there are dedicated products you can buy). With this it was easy to cycle ammonia to nitrates. I tested the water every 2 days and then re-dosed. The size I bought was enough to continue dosing every 2 days until it cycled. I also had dry rock and live sand, so that could've helped with the speed. Overall, much faster than my freshwater aquariums compared to other brands.

Followed all instructions (dry sand, Marco rock etc together with Rapid Cycle from Brightwell) but after four weeks NH3 was still 0.05ppm and Nitrate was only 5ppm. Tank has not cycled in 1 month let alone their claimed 7 days. Have now given up with Brightwell - added live sand and rock and Dr Tims. Hopefully this will work.
