Are these tablets addictive

No, they're not addictive. I'm a natural night owl and have always struggled to sleep at night. I found these a year ago and have used them successfully for a lot of that time. Occasionally I run out and it's can be a week or two before I get some more, and apart from not sleeping as well again, I've had no other effects. No withdrawal symptoms, nothing. I highly recommend them.

Are these gluten free?

Is there an age restriction on these? Would my 14 year old daughter be able to use them?
