deAO RCBD 6 Channel Remote Control Die Cast 1:18 Scale Front Loader Construction Truck Bulldozer with Lights

Just received a deAO Excavator, Dump Truck and Bulldozer through the Amazon system. They all arrived within 72 hours of ordering well packaged and ready to be wrapped.Having looked at other peoples comments regarding limited play time I carefully took the battery packs out of the boxes and did some research. The reason they don't last long between charges is that the batteries have a low capacity (excavator [email protected] & Bulldozer/Truck [email protected]). So I bought replacement high capacity batteries (2600mAh) in both 7.2V and 4.8V off a Component Shop (google it). Make sure you order replacement batteries with a JST(BEC) connection. Doing this will extend play time to hours rather than minutes.

The truck itself is well made, sturdy and safe, it has realistic sounds and the grandson loves things like this. However, it is disappointing how long the batteries last after charging. Only get around fifthteen minutes play time before it has to be plugged in again for a few hours.

I bought this for my 2 year old son for Christmas and as soon as we plugged it in to charge it up, we smelt a funny burning smell and saw that the charger unit was melting and giving off smoke! Thank god we were in the room and noticed straight away or it would have definitely caught fire!!The truck itself seems like a good toy but I was really disappointed that the charger is dangerous and defective and could have hurt someone badly.Be warned and do not buy!!I am returning this for a refund.

I bought this item for my godsons Christmas present it looks great but it only worked for a minute then it turned off, the remote control light won't light up anymore so I presume it's the control that is faulty, the batteries were changed twice so this wasn't the problem

my 5 yo grandson loves it! Has been well used & bashed about has withstood a great deal of play n still going strong! Great for use in role playing he talks to hiself like a little foreman.

great little toy but hard to steer as moves in sections not absolute, so turning takes some getting used to. also over stretch the scoop and the gears crunch and click, worried this may break in time....

It doesn't work. Purchased this for my boys second Birthday tomorrow, we wanted to get it setup and nothing happens. Zero lights, nothing. Not happy. Will have to setup returns tomorrow.Great.
