Will We Miss Them?: Endangered Species (Reading Rainbow Books)

I bought this book for my 6-year old grandson who is very interested in endangered species.I guess it's my fault that I didn't check the publication date--the book was written 25 years ago and not all the animals in the book are still endangered. While that is very good news, it might be confusing to a 6-year old. I'm surprised that no one else who reviewed this book commented on this.

Awesome book written an author who was 11 years old at the time.

This was a great book. My class loved that it was written by an 11 year old girl. It was very informative on the species.
