The "Everything Tape" for teachers!
I love this product for use in the classroom. The 1/4" allows me to separate zones on the whiteboard for various uses, and withstands a year of heavy use, even dry-erase marker, and cleans beautifully. I have also used it on tabletops to create zones, and it worked beautifully, then removed without residue. I use the 1" tape on floors (the artificial tile type) and on indoor/outdoor carpeting; it stays put all year, then removes without residue. Used for color-coding, it adheres to vinyl notebooks, clipboards, cardboard (but does not remove easily from paper products), fabric, and electric/computer cords. It is water-resistant, flexible, and sturdy. . . I am SO glad another teacher told me about it!

Perfect for my DIY project
Inspired by a shower door that wouldn’t fit in my space I decided to get creative with Pinstriping. Since I have ORB fixtures I selected the brown to try & match. It was perfect and I couldn’t be more pleased. $7 and a couple of hours - Voila’

Auto Use - Not Great
This was bought for car detailing and has not held up well after 60 days:-Roll appeared cut well but started ripping when using (images 2 & 3)-Left residue behind (4th image, mirror)-Does not handle non-flat surfaces well, peeled off around corners (images 5 & 6) [Car was cleaned before application]-The length constricted within a few days by about 1". I've read that vinyl does this, so be sure to cover more area than you need to to account for thisThis roll was 5x cheaper than any pinstriping I could find from auto-specific stores, so I gave it a try. It's a good value for the length; but I would stick to flat surfaces if using for auto.

SHRINKS TOO MUCH
I Bought this tape to outline some boxes I painted on the wall. However, about an hour after I placed the tape it started to shrink and pull from the wall. In some cases it shrank over a half inch but in most it was only about a quarter inch. These are freshly painted wall so dirt is not an issue. and the walls were painted over a week ago. After several more attempts to get it right, I noticed that in the process of pulling the tape off the roll it stretches. the glue on the tape is too strong and by the very act of unrolling it stretches. No matter how gently I placed the tape it would shrink. This product is unacceptable for my situation.

Looks good and made me some money!
Tape works great but I used it for something other than pinstripes and in the process won $50. Our butcher block was looking sad even after having them stripped and refinished. Hubby decided to paint a trim. He taped it carefully and carefully painted the trim, but when the masking tape came off it looked terrible. He removed, tried again... terrible, and declared it as impossible. I said let me try and he bet me $50 that I couldn’t get a straight and even line, it was impossible... cannot be done!I set out the masking tape, can of paint and fine tip detail brush like I was getting ready to start. As soon as I knew he would be away for a couple hours I started applying the pinstripe tape. I did find that the adhesive needed a little help on a wood surface, so I applied a thin coat of adhesive. After the tape was down I applied a thin coat of poly and BAM!He was blown away! 4 days later and he still thinks I painted it LOL 😂

An unusual use for this tape!
Used 1 roll of the 1/4 inch brown tape to outline Artscape New Leaf decorative window film on ceiling light panels, trying to mimic lead lines in stained glass. The brown tape against the lighting looked black, but the film design had a lot of black too, so it worked out. Tape was very easy to handle, even in long strips; it didn't twist or tangle or get stuck on itself. My job (4 light panels and 2 door windows) used 1172 inches of tape so one roll was sufficient, with 100+ inches left over to correct and fill in. If you want to try this design too, I noticed that the tape receded from the corner intersections overnight, so the next day I had to lift the corners and redo. Better to put down a double layer to stop stretching of the tape. Very happy with the results and WAY less expensive than real stained glass!

Worked even better than I expected it to!
I used this to update a patient board at a veterinary clinic and it worked just as I wanted. This was used to make the lines on a dry-erase board. So far, after 2 months, it is holding up great. I did learn that it stretches some when applying it to the board and with time, it will contract down, still remaining sticky, but leaving gaps from where it was initially placed. A word of advice to others using it, be sure to let it lay down without stretching it. I was very pleased with this produce and it was a great value for the price!

Perfect match
I used it to cover filler panels on both sided of cabinets I bought from IKEA. Perfect match for the gray color. good adhesive backing adheres nicely. also used it to cover the white framing that showed through the door openings. Last anything I get from IKEA
