Love2Crochet Interchangeable Crochet Hook Set, USK 10.5/6.5mm-19/15mm (L2CK10.5-19)

I purchased this set recently because I needed some bigger Tunisian hooks to make blankets using worsted weight yarn. I think this is a good starter set for Tunisian crochet as the hook sizes would be appropriate for worsted weight yarn and most baby yarns. The largest hook could also be used for either a moderately chunky yarn or projects that use two strands of yarn held together. The longest cord included is a little over a foot long, so you will need to purchase additional longer cords for larger projects. I recently finished my first project using these hooks and found the mechanism for snapping the cords onto the hooks to be easy to use and secure once attached. I also liked the feel of the hook and felt that the yarn moved nicely over the hook and onto the cord and vice versa.

If you are interested in learning Tunisian crochet but are not sure if you will like it, this is the perfect set! It has all the high quality craftsmanship of of the full Denise set without the price or a massive set of hooks you may never need or use. I wanted to learn Tunisian crochet but previous attempts made me think I wouldn’t like it. Also, most yarn I use would need the larger hooks, not the smaller hooks, so it wouldn’t make sense to get a huge kit with many hooks I wouldn’t use. I appreciate that Denise recognized this issue and offered an introductory way to experience Tunisian crochet with the tools that are loved by Tunisian crochet artists. I originally found out about Denise from TL Yarn Crafts on YouTube and I trust her opinion. She was so right about these hooks! I love them and I think I love Tunisian crochet more because of these hooks. They are smooth, well designed for the technique, and the whole kit is compatible with other Denise cables and kits making it incredibly versatile and good value for your money. I’m so glad I gave these a shot.

I’m just starting out with Tunisian crochet so I’m not very picky about my hooks, but I couldn’t use the long metal ones because they hurt my hands. These are much better! I love how easy it is to change out cables and I haven’t had any fall off yet. I also love the super short cables. Those are hard to find and my main Tunisian project is dishcloths so I need a short cable. Some people don’t like how short the hooks are, but I haven’t had any trouble with them. If you don’t like the long metal hooks, give these a try!

These are so light weight and easy to use. The hook is a great shape for grabbing the yarn. The plastic is smooth and easy to slip yarn on and off. I'm not sure why one reviewer found these hard to hold, I tend to cramp and these are very comfortable for my hands. I have instantly ordered the companion kit with more extensions and knobs. This is a great buy, I am so pleased with my purchase.

Perfect addition to my crochet hook collection. I just got it today and once I put it together I was crocheting row after row. Helps make crocheting wider projects easier and takes less time having to keep track of stitch count. As soon as I switched from a regular Tunisian hook to this hook with cord extender, I was crocheting rows quicker. Love this so much.

I was very happy to receive the crochets. They look very nice and feel nice too. I've been using one of the crochets for 2 days. The cords stay on, although it was hard to put them on at first because I didn't expect how much force one has to use. But once I figured it out, it was nice and easy. But! The package is damaged. I didn't notice if it was like that from the start or got ripped in 2 days, which would be weird because I didn't really do anything eith it. So now I have a hole and the biggest hook can't be stored in there. It's a shame. Maybe the pocket is bad quality. But I like the hooks so far.

I like the different sizes and the option of different lengths of cord. Since i’m just starting Tunisian crochet the hook can be a little awkward to hold. That is just something I will overcome the more I use it.

I bought my first set in 2020 and then got 3 other sets (both crochet and knitting sets). I loved how easy they were to use and how easy it was to use in Tunisian crochet and in circular knitting. Unfortunately, 3-4 years later the connection point between the hook/needle and the cable unlocks at the worst times. Because the cable is stiff and does not easily twist as one works, there is greater stress on the place where the hook/needle joins. In all of my projects this year I have had the cord pop off and then had to struggle to keep things from unraveling. When working in the round, this is particularly distressing. Beginners might like how easy they are to use, but beware! I find I can no longer recommend them.

Supers crochets. Facilité d'utilisation. J'adore ! Tout petit hic : les tailles ne sont pas détaillées. On a juste une fourchette. Du coup on passe du 6.5 au 8...

Diese Häkelnadeln sind wirklich suuuuper! Mit diesen Haken geht es "wie Butter" mit dem Fadenholen... Die Qualität der Nadeln ist 1 a, sehr gute Qualität. Und soooo praktisch obendrein, weil ein paar Verlängerungs-Seile in unterschiedlichen Längen dabei sind. Super praktisch und fachgerecht für' s Tunesisch Häkeln. Außerdem gibt es solche Seile zum Verlängern in diversen Längen auch noch extra zum Nachkaufen! Die Seile halten sehr gut an den Nadeln, nach dem Befestigen. Übrigens: in der Art gibt es auch STRICKnadeln. Die Seile sind kompatibel bei Häkel- UND Stricknadeln. KLARE KAUFEMPFEHLUNG ohne jegliche Einschränkung! Sind jetzt meine LIEBLINGS-Häkel-Nadeln!!!

These hooks are excellent.l I love that these hooks are light weight, compact, and all pieces are interchangeable. I look forward to all the future projects l can do.
