This was an easy replacement for my ac power card plug device. Worked like a charm

Easy to install, fits perfectly, excellent product.

My dogs ate thru the cord of a Toshiba 5000btu window unit. It was a pretty easy replacement despite not having instructions.If anyone is doing the same for this model, you'll have to unscrew the the front, then snap off the sides, maybe pry with a flathead screwdriver. Don't unscrew the screws next to the dials, unscrew the left side of that metal box, peel back the foam (bc there's another screw hidden under there). Then slide out that metal plate and replace the similarly colored wires. One of which is in the metal cylinder towards the back.

It was perfect. Just what i needed.

Fixed. Took about 20 minutes. So easy. So so easy.

My mother in law had an a/c with a cord that was shorn off. One of her rabbits had chewed completely through the power cord. So we looked up this one, ordered it and installed it very easily. Needless to say it was a very cheap and efficient fix for this air conditioner.

Had a new window a/c unit. Power cord got messed up and called the company to order a new one. They said I could not, so I found this one. Numbers matched, installed and works perfectly. Seems like a solid cord/ product.

My portable ac had a shortage via the plug and the multi-plug strip and being that my 1 year warranty had expired a week prior to me noticing, I was ready to toss this and buy a new one until I decide to look for parts, thankfully I found the universal power source replacement part. Works perfect! It was easy to install, just three wires, two to unplug and one ground wire that needed to be screwed on. Took me 20 minutes total to un assemble and put it back together. Needless to say my wife is happy our ac works again.
