I was skeptical about the purchase. Basically, because I had never purchased a 3D crystal photo and it was of my most recently deceased 5 year-old grandson (we lost him to cancer), I wanted it to be just perfect. His arm is extended and he's holding a flower as he smiles at his mom and dad. I was able to reach out to the customer service rep, Kelly (we talked via phone and swapped a couple of emails) and she walked me through the process and assured me that it would be done by experienced professionals. Well, she was right! It was perfect! So much so, that I bought another one for his other grandmother as a gift. I do believe I will be ordering another one.

I brought this for my Dad for Father's Day. I was afraid to purchase one online like this but I was in a time crunch and couldn't make it to the mall (they usually have the little kiosks in the mall) I purchased a small one and it was perfect, he loved it! I just wish I purchased the LED lights that you can add on with the purchase. It would have really made it stand out.TL;DRGreat gift for any occasion! No regrets!

Bought for a Wedding Gift. Absolutely Love!!!!

The gift was more than I expected and once the LED lights hit it, what a wow moment. I'm disappointed in myself because I should have ordered the large one but I am sure they will love the gift. Oh and the script, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful and more. Well worth the money spent. I'm thinking of ordering another.

I bought this a a gift for my Mom. I was a little concerned about how the picture I submitted would turn out on the finished product, but it was fantastic. They eliminated the background so some of the unwanted items in the photo were not included in the final result. This was all done automatically without any required communication with the company so that the etched crystal has only the intended subjects. This is a great factor since you don't have to get a perfect picture or spend hours trying to remove unwanted objects from your photo submission.This product came with a lighted stand that cost extra from some other companies, so be sure you check what you are getting if you find a lower price from someone else!They also delivered very fast for a custom product! I had purchased this as a Christmas gift, and they delivered EARLIER than the estimated date! This just doesn't happen very often.Bravo!

The product arrived quickly and with a high level of quality. The image I sent was reproduced wonderfully.Our little girl left us so soon. I heart broken and unrepairable. This helps us to remember her as best as we can at home. I would highly recommend to anyone.

They remove the background, but they left a massive amount of foreground causing the people in the crystal small and nearly indistinguishable. In addition, I opted for the pricier (overpriced) wooden base. Discovered that the wooden base doesn't operate on batteries like the plastic base offers. Sending the crystal overseas where they use 220V versus 110V so the plug-in would require an adaptor. Spent the additional money to get a plastic base. Wouldn't buy this again.
