Great Product At An Affordable Price
If you are gluten free and grain free like I am, you will eventually end up with a nice collection of recipes calling for almond or coconut flour. Or both. I have this weird thing going with coconut - I don't dislike it, but I really don't like it either. The taste is okay, but I dislike the smell. That is one of the great things about this flour: it does not hit you over the head with that weird coconut smell. The flour is very finely milled and is a lovely light color. Locally it is very expensive to buy coconut flour, and the stores only carry one or two brands, which I totally understand. They probably don't sell a lot of it, and at the prices they are charging they won't! This flour is a great buy, because the price is very reasonable, the flour is easy to bake with, it tastes good, and you won't need a second mortgage to keep it in stock. I do not go through this as quickly as I go through almond flour, but it stores easily in the freezer. I don't generally use a lot of it, but there are so many recipes that call for a few tablespoons, that it is a good item to have. It might take me more than a month to use it, but I will enjoy everything I make from it. I am so glad that I discovered this brand.

Always a reliable company - with quality ingredients.
Anthony's products are the Bomb. I've purchased several of his products over the years and find the quality is always reliable. Although I did not like his version of Colegene powder - tasted like a hide of a cow (yuk) - but every other product from this brand I've enjoyed. The milk powders; buttermilk powders and cream powders I use often - reliable quality and good price point. I'm trying other flour alternatives for baking - coconut flour adds a really nice smoothness and texture to baking most anything. I recommend this product.

Best value, finely ground, nice taste, great for keto
I am keto and have diverticulitis. Cannot have nuts or seeds so there are so many foods I cannot make because on keto, options are limited to nuts or seed flours all if which I can no longer have. Had been using another brand of superfine ground coconut flour with good results but was higher in carbs and pricier. Decided to try this brand and it is finely ground too, wish it was even more finely found though, but is ground enough so far to not cause diverticulitis flares. Taste is good, tastes like coconut. Best deal for coconut flour I have found. Bag is resealable although my bag will not reseal so had to put into a container. Works in all recipes I have used it in just have to use much less than most nut or seed flours and that takes trial and error. So glad to have a flour alternative that I can actually have. I have made keto doughnuts, cakes, breaded crusts for chicken, pie crust, and so much more and my family and I love it all. It will leave a coconut taste in whatever you cook it in so if you dislike coconut you might have an issue. If using very little and other ingredients the taste isn't as noticeable. It has a different texture than almond flour though. Before my diverticulitis I used almond flour and it just seems to make things lighter whereas coconut flour makes things more dense or heavy feeling. If keto and cannot have seeds/nuts and or have diverticulitis issues like me, I recommend using this flour.

In love with the product, in love with the company
I'm constantly looking for healthy new ways to widen and vary my family's diet. We love trying something new all the time. I bought this to add to my baked goods (not as a substitute for wheat flours), and the instant I opened the bag I was in paradise. I actually ate a spoonful right out of the bag and it was delicious. The smell is heavenly. The texture is not as fine as almond flour or wheat flour, but I wasn't expecting it to be. It is still very powdery and will mix evenly. If they were to process coconut flour to be as finely textured as wheat flour it would destroy much of the nutritional benefits. I love that the bag is foil lined and has its own resealable top for freshness. I have already used it in several loaves of bread by just substituting 1/3 of the wheat flour with this and the flavor was amazing. I used it to roll mochi dough instead of rice flour and my family demands this treat now almost every other day. Dusted it on my hazelnut cookies. I put a spoonful into my yogurt in the morning. I'm going to try mixing it in my panko bread crumbs for my faux-fried chicken and see how it goes. It's really versatile! I love this company btw. Their prices can't be beat for the quality, quantity, and organic status of their products. I've already purchased three other bags of their products and everything has far surpassed my expectations!

Delicious in low carb desserts
This seems to be a high quality coconut flour. Wow, I bought the 4 pound bag. That's definitely going to last me a while. I should've done a little more research before buying that much, but that's totally on me. Personally I use it for keto desserts, as the flavor does come out a bit. It would also be good for pancakes and the like, but flatbread/wrap uses are kind of limited. A healthy wrap, sure. But probably not right for a tacos, buffalo chicken, or things more spicy/savory. Nutritionally it looks better than almond flour (which I haven't tried yet). Coconut flour is used in smaller amounts and absorbs a lot of moisture, it's definitely not a 1:1 substitute for anything. Just a little too much and your mug cakes get kind of dry, some whipped cream on top helps though. I'm assuming that's why almond flour has some of its popularity. But this is coconut flour is certainly delicious and worth playing around with in the kitchen. As expected, it's a little clumpy. But it's really easy to sift or break apart with a fork/whisk.
