ESEE Sheath Accessory Pouch - Compatible with Models 5/6 - Made in USA

This is a really nice accessory pack. Forget that it attaches to a knife sheath, that’s a bonus. It’s well made and the little tin that comes with it is a nice touch. Obviously whoever designed this is an outdoors person. I got the ‘long’ version. I thought the small was too small. The larger one is still pretty small but might be a bit large to attach to your knife and carry it around due to adding the weight. To each their own probably, but from a utilitarian perspective, it’s fantastic as you can add a full ferro rod kit to start a fire in it, or load it with other trinkets you might need like first aid etc. it’s well constructed and not a cheapy in hand, so it will last. It’s a good product and certainly recommend it as you can also attach it as an accessory to a bag or backpack. Recommended.

This pouch will fit an ESEE 4, with the molle back! The top two holes line up fine, and lower right hole will line up with a little maneuvering. Use the included paracord for the fourth. Put the lower molle back holes together with the sheath first. The lower molle back will be in the middle of the top and bottom pouch holes. Use the hardware fron the clip plate on the lower molle back holes, and the hardware from the pouch for the top and bottom. It will all go together. Seriously, if you can't figure it out, maybe this knives is not for you. Now the pouch itself is small. Quality construction, but small. I suggest one gets the long version, especially if you are putting this pouch in an ESEE 5 or ESEE 6. The standard version in 4.5" long, the LONG version is 6" and in my opinion works and looks better. The LONG and STANDARD versions have the exact same hole pattern and spacing, so a Long Pouch will work on an ESEE 4, 5, and 6. Happy Trails.

When I ordered this pouch, I saw a picture of it mounted on a Junglas 2 in someone else's review, so I assumed that the holes would line up with my sheath as well. They don't. The other person must have drilled holes in their sheath to mount it. I wasn't about to do that so after scratching my head a bit I came up with a solution I thought I'd share with you. The bottom two holes will match up with the second from the bottom set of holes on a Junglas 2 sheath. As you can see in the picture, what I then did was run paracord through the top two holes, through the set of holes above it on the sheath and tighten them with a spring loaded drawstring clasp to keep it secure. I'm happy with how firmly this holds the pouch. Problem solved. As for the pouch itself, It is very well made. The nylon is thick and very well stitched, the hardware is good quality and solid. The tin is just a tin, but looks very cool as well as being functional. I like the addition of elastic on the outside of the pouch letting you carry a couple of small items (flashlight for me) on the outside. The strap that the fastek buckle is fastened to adjusts to let the flap expand over these add-ons and velcros down to keep it out of the way. I appreciate this attention to detail. Is it worth $20? It is to me. It is well made and I'm happy to pay American workers for their efforts. So far, I carry a flashlight on the outside and a bunch of bandaids and triple antibiotic packets in the tin. Me + knife + bushcraft = lots of cuts and scrapes. EVERY knife I carry should have a first aid kit on it.

Large esee pouch, does whats its supposed to. not to heavy. it's Esee so good quality and durable.

Well I ordered the long in black, it is not that big there is a bit of room on top of the tin inside the pouch. There is a divider inside so you get a full pouch on front and a slim long one behind it. The long size pouch one gives you that little extra room you need. It is well made and has the holes aligned for the esee 5 and 6. Now you are buying brand name so it is a little expensive for what it is, a pouch. You probably can look around and find an off brand pouch cheaper but it’s nice to have the matchy matchy thing going. It comes with the mounting screws and as I mentioned the esee black altoids tin. I bought it to adapt it to a Junglas, holes might not match but I will make it match.

Great addition to my esee 6! fits an altiods tin and then some, i keep a ferro rod, lighter, DC-4, and multi tool inside for a one stop tool shop all on one knife. High quality an worth the price

The one thing you need on you in the woods is a good blade. This pouch turns that blade into a mini survival center in an emergency situation. I have mine filled with goodies to start a fire, filter water, obtain food, and signal for help if need be. The pouch is well made and attaches firmly. It turned my cold steel Recon scout into a unit. Well worth it.

Quality product that comes with mounting hardware. It shipped out fast. I put the pouch on a Gerber StrongArm knife. Attached without problem. The large pouch is pretty big volume-wise. It balloons out some at the bottom. No drain-hole for water. Materials and quality-control very good. It is a bit expensive for what it is, but should last and be something you can depend on.

Mir wurde anscheinend eine falsche Tasche zugeschickt. Auf der Rückseite befinden sich lediglich Molleschlaufen, aber keine Löcher fürs verschrauben. Schrauben und die Metaldose fehlen ebenfalls, sowie scheint die Farbe ein steingrau-oliv zu sein.

Super esse Qualität wie gewohnt. Passt perfekt und sieht super aus. Versand auch Problem los.

The little things matter most sometimes and ESEE has understood that. When your wife goes to get groceries, you expect the groceries...but when she says "I got you some beer while I was over there" That's what makes your heart sing. When I opened the package of the pouch, I could feel something in there...for a second I was like "Noooo?!?!" And I found myself dreaming of the ESEE tin... Imma tell ya' I felt like a kid on Christmas morning when I opened it up and saw the tin sitting in there. That's an awesome feeling. Also, installation of the pouch is simple and fits perfect. Thank you ESEE! I'm officially seduced!
