Started on the colostrum approximately 5 months ago to help with chronic sinusitis. And yes, it helped me! I didn't even take the full days dose as recommended and I still saw results so quickly. Within a few days. So I continue to take it daily, when I wake up I drink some water first and then I typically take 1 capsule. On days that I need a bit more of a boost I will take 3 capsules. A few days ago I think the ragweed was affecting me in the evening, I was sneezing and had a runny nose. I took 6 late afternoon, and then a few more before bed. Next morning, no issues. I even convinced my mother she needed to try the colostrum, and she has never been one to take my advice on supplements. I have had digestion issues for several years now. It began after a few rounds of antibiotics and ever since then my gut has been out of whack. I’ve tried prebiotics, probiotics, rick simpson oil, apple cider vinegar, aloe vera, and other natural type remedies. Although all of these helped with the symptoms, they did not fully rectify the cause. In steps in colostrum. I’ve only taken it for several days but I feel it taking care of whatever is the root cause of my discomfort and indigestion. I take six capsules at night. My stomach hasn’t felt this at ease in years. Do yourself a favor and give this a try. I hope it works as well for you as it has for me.

It’s nice to not have to take a powder but I feel less results this way. Still good though.

About a year ago one of my friends told me about this product and how much it had helped her and her husband who were in their middle age to have way more energy and to feel better. Easy to swallow

The capsules are a little hard for me to swallow. I empty them in a small bowl and eat with a spoon. Doesn’t taste bad and drink some water. I’m a type 2 diabetic and try to control without medication. It has lowered my morning fast down to 117 so far. My afternoon is down to 91. I am feeling more energy .
