Is this product cruelty-free/vegan? Does the company test on animals?

Are there silicones in this?

there are a lot of things in this like cyclopentasiloxane??? But I'm not sure if they are silicones or not.

Do you wear this in lieu of perfume? Or do you use this on you hair & use your perfume as usual? Or is it better to get the matching perfume?

You can wear it in lieu of perfume. It smells like cotton candy so if you like that smell it is delicious. I love the perfume, so for me, I purchased both the hair perfume and the actual perfume. The hair perfume was for my daughter and the perfume was for me.
