I've been using these for several years and they are very effective and affordable. Please note however, they are not HEPA filters so if you want to use them as Covid protection, the MERV rating is slightly below the recommended rating. Nonetheless, they are great filters.

It's a filter. It seems to work fine. I replaced the same filter after a year in a ducted air conditioning system. The old filter (same model/manufacturer) was dirty on the upwind side and clean on the downwind side, just as it should have been. Hey, it's a filter. What was important to me is that the filter (essentially just fabric and wires in a frame) arrived intact without crimps or dents. I've received others that had been manhandled by shipping and did not provide a tight fit in the housing. So "yay" for that.

Product is fine. It's the same as I've bought locally. It arrived squashed. Took a bit to get it back to shape. I will need to replace it.
