Hi, I have one of these they are compact and useful but despite changing the batteries and also washing the outside of the sensor, it has stopped working. Can I return it and get a refund? Please see my order details. Thank YouBali

I loved that this product functions well, and is not too sensitive so it prevents wasted soap.

The media could not be loaded.  Does not work waste of time and money as had to throw away liquid soap that’s in it . Makes a noise lights up but that’s all !

After a few weeks was very temperamental. Has stopped working yet again. New batteries. Soap full. Still doesn’t work. Useless. Do not buy.
