Used for my horse
It’s one of the active ingredients in a popular horse supplement my friend had suggested. So I order this and the other active ingredients, dosed them appropriately and fed to my horse in place. It was significantly cheaper than buying the name brand supplement.

Got rid of my hunger pains
After I had my son back in 2018 I had stomach pains so bad (just like my pregnancy) that I would stuff my face with anything to feel better, just to be hungry 30 minutes later. This has taken a tole on my weight. Ive never managed to keep weight off. Even with a high protein diet, other vitamins, I was not able to get rid of my hunger pains, until I started taking this stuff. Its been almost 7 years and its amazing. It also boost my t cells before my period. My t cells drop really low before my period due to hormone changes that are dramatic and I end up calling in sick to work once a month. Which is terrible. I am now on my period and not getting over a cold like I used to. Its easy to swallow, great value and I love that there isnt other stuff in it that doesnt need to be there.

good service and feeling good
I'm not sure how it is working but I like that they have good customer service and got back to inquiry pretty quickly. My sinus congestion is getting better but I noticed that you have to take this beta glucan while also having a clean diet. I have more energy but I'm taking this along with many other supplements. It definitely will boost your energy along with immunity. I've been taking it for about 1.5 weeks now and feel good. No side effects. I still have a slight nasal allergy but otherwise the rest of my body feels good. Will keep taking!
