Im following Andrew Saul phd's vitamin c protocol for chronic pain.. After just having the results of my mri confirming that I need spinal surgery asap for Lumber stenosis & A very badly damages L5-S1 disk & a) living on my own & b) being the middle of moving home.. There was no way I could even contemplate surgery right now, & the prospect of living in severe pain for the next few months or so was something I couldn't face... So After reading His work on Vit C as a Pain treatment I thought what did I have to lose..... I brought the small pk first to give it a go, just in-case... Today is day 4 on the Mega high dosages of this wonderful white powder!! Worth its weight in gold may I say.... From yesterday,, My pain had diminished from an 8/9 out of 10.. To a 5/6.... & Today.... Its a 2!!!!!!!! Seriously... in 4 days, I am almost pain free.... My energy is through the roof, my brain is as sharp as a tack.... Needless to say I have just brought the large size pack & will now be a regular on my amazon list... The power dissolves in a little water with a brisk stir. Can even be added to pop or smithies or what ever takes your fancy. The taste is kinda like lemon juice. I would recommend checking out the good Dr's work

I was looking everywhere for Vit C that was t processed or added with flavours or stabilisers etc as my other half is training to compete in a body fitness competition. I was pleased to find this and even more pleased with the price

The vitamin C powder is great but the packet is not, I had to knock off a star because it won't reseal unfortunately.

The scoop is deep down, so search for it, is only tiny,tiny so don't guess measure, people say it taste of lemon/orange but I find it very bitter, even salty, I have had mine quite a while, is it doing any good, I don't really know but I know we are supposed to have vit c in our diet and I am not a lover of fruit on its own, I put it in smoothies and porridge, if I had to put it in water I probably would take it

I am writing this from within the Vitamin C packet where I went looking for the small spoon a year ago. Even though there are days that I miss the outside world and I miss my family , I am nourished by this product and my immune system has never felt stronger even though it can get lonely. I would say to those that are consider buying this product to notify a a loved one or perhaps a neighbor that " you are now searching for enclosed spoon" or even start your search roped to a support climber like in mountain climbing.Even better, maybe Amazon sells Rope ladders that can be included in the price match discount.It could read: " For 10 percent discount other Amazon customers have bought a rope ladder, flashlight and military grade issued meal packets". In fact I opened this product and did not use it for a month because I thought there wasn't a spoon in there and somehow I had been ripped off. I will never forget that morning , a year ago, where I saw it deep deep down there in the powder , the edge of this life changing tool glistening from the morning sun .I said to myself " There it is ! I think I can get it !" It makes watching the film "Jumanji "even more emotional for me. The film has emotional layers of complexity that many will never fully understand. In the early hours of the morning, I do have regret, not having a flash light to Morse code my Neighbor is one , but, I know one day I will be out . They do say, that what you are looking for in life is closer to home than you think . I wonder if my family knows I am on the windowsill ? Even though my children will be year older when I am free and my dog wont recognize me , I whole heartily recommend this product only for the fact for the reflective time I have had, to ponder my life and the mistakes in my life. To see the gifts within them and live a life of gratitude with a stronger immune system.May I suggest to the designers a bigger spoon or even a larger handle? Hi, over all it’s good but should be added some flavour like orange or lemon for taste coz it tase bitter & make water very bitter,Cnt drink it.. 😞
